Some of the most visited pages on the Motability Scheme website focus on how to use their apps, particularly how to download the GO app and charge a vehicle through it.
The brief was to create engaging yet informative motion explainers, designed to guide users through these key tasks without relying on voiceover. Using clear visual storytelling, concise on-screen messaging, and intuitive pacing, the animations deliver an accessible step-by-step experience that makes the process easy to understand at a glance. I designed visual assets, including original illustrations, and created the storyboard for an explainer video that guides users through how to download an app. This involved breaking the process into clear, step-by-step visuals and defining scenes, transitions, and pacing to keep the message simple and easy to follow.
