I was tasked with creating a fresh animation video after the client expressed dissatisfaction with the work produced by a previous agency. Collaborating closely with the Head of Design and the Chief Creative Director, I developed a new and engaging concept that better aligned with the company’s vision.
Throughout the process, we faced several challenges, particularly frequent changes in the script. These were resolved through open communication and thoughtful compromises that maintained both creative quality and project timelines.
The final video not only met the client’s expectations but also set a clear direction for future motion design guidelines within the organisation.

Using clear visual storytelling, concise on-screen messaging, and intuitive pacing, the animations deliver an accessible step-by-step experience that makes the process easy to understand at a glance.
